The whole IETF event series; the conference is quite expensive, but the first Sat/Sun (codesprint) is quite open.

Going forward:

Charge for tickets and include food / drink?
Arrange around 'themes' to bring out people interested in specific content that's more specifically DWeb aligned than generic 'tech'?

Recurring monthly rhythm, or every-other-month, would be awesome!
