Ghost is an open source blogging platform that has emerged as being a decent Substack clone.
We could install one on Commons Computer Cloudron at e.g. newsletter.dwebyvr.org
and let anyone that wants "blog" there, as well as setting up a newsletter for weekly / monthly round ups of events, interesting links, etc.
Wesley Finck wants to do more writing and grow an email list.
Possible subdomains:

Boris if we're going to have people blog there -- e.g. xxx.dwebyvr/author/ -- then newsletter is perhaps too narrow.
